The airport lounge at Stansted is operated by Servisair. The lounge is suitable for travellers on International flights but unfortunately not domestic travel. The lounge is opening 7 days a week between 06:00 and 21:00. The lounge is to find on Airside after passing through passport control.
Directions to site – After passing through passport control, take the airport transit to Station 1, Gates 1-19, go to the departures level and you will find the lounge adjacent to Costa Coffee.
Earliest Arrival – Monday to Sunday 06:00
Lounge Closing Time – Monday to Sunday 21:00 hours
Arrival before Booked time - Customers will be allowed to enter unless the lounge is full. If full, they will be asked to return at booked time.
Dress Code - All Lounges have a smart casual dress code and expect reasonable behaviour from guests.
Is smoking permitted in the site? - Yes, in designated areas.
Are Children/Infants permitted? - No
Can luggage be left in site? - For security reasons, all luggage must be taken with customer should they wish to leave lounge even if they plan to return
Flight Announcements - All lounges have flight information screens. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they catch their flight.
Facilities - Complimentary beverages (soft/alcoholic), snacks (biscuits/crisps), coffee, tea, soft & alcoholic drinks available in lounge. Newspapers/Magazines and television. Please not there is a charge for champagne.
Facilities for Disabled/Wheelchair - Access for wheelchairs.
Is there a view of the runway? - Yes
Important Information - Entry time into lounge should not exceed 3 hours prior to flight departure.
